The peaceful lives Phoenix Five suddenly begin to change with the death of a friend.

With Man-shik's death and Hae-sook's sudden reappearance, the rest of the members are shocked.

Late at night, Jung-hae hangs up without saying a word, and Goong-chul becomes anxious.

Wanting to solve things on her own, Jung-hae goes searching for Kang-san in the hotel.

Goong-chul is a murder suspect and is interrogated but is released due to lack of evidence.

Jung-hae goes to the police station and confesses, confusing Goong-chul and the police officers.

Hae-sook emerges as the new owner of Hwang-mu, which confuses Goong-chul.

Hae-sook's provocation emotionally weakens Jung-hae. Goong-chul goes to the sanatorium.

When a wedding invitation is delivered, Goong-chul becomes confused as to who it's from.

Goong-chul discovers that Hae-sook intentionally approached him and his wife out of revenge.

Goong-chul is invited to celebrate Jung-hae's new position but is taken aback when Jae-hoon appears.

The party ends in disaster, and everyone but Goong-chul and Jae-hoon leave.

Jae-hoon is released from the police station and confesses to his friends about everything.

Jung-hae and Hae-sook visit the charnel house where Man-shik is laid to rest and confesses.

Jae-hoon begs for his arrest but is then tormented by the fact that all the evidence is gone.

The 'Phoenix Four' hears about Hae-sook's disappearance along with all the evidence.

Goong-chul and his friends return to everyday life. However, Jae-hoon is nowhere to be seen.
