Shi-on creates havoc in the OR when he demands that a patient undergo emergency surgery, forcing Do-han to perform two operations at once.

Shi-on's erratic behavior troubles Do-han and causes the rest of the pediatric surgery department to turn their backs on him.

As Shi-on's reputation for awkwardness spreads, hospital staff and patients alike spurn him. Meanwhile, Yoon-seo performs surgery for the first time.

Do-han scolds Yoon-seo for becoming more and more like Shi-on, and the staff treats a girl for a malady that may be linked to a dog farm.

While the pediatric surgery department deals with financial difficulties, Shi-on makes a communication breakthrough with a troubled young patient.

Do-han voices a complaint on behalf of the pediatric surgery department, and Shi-on unjustly gets the blame for a mistake made with a patient.

The pediatric surgery department finally throws a welcome party for Shi-on, and Shi-on discovers he has feelings for Yoon-seo.

Now training under Do-han to become a full-on surgeon, Shi-on tries to impress Yoon-seo -- but gets his pride wounded instead.

The trauma of unexpectedly seeing his father incapacitates Shi-on just when children involved in a bus accident need his urgent care.

When things get a little too complicated between Shi-on and Yoon-seo, In-hae opens up to Shi-on about her own feelings for him.

Shi-on takes a courageous stand against his father and earns a renewed respect among his pediatric surgery department colleagues.

Shi-on and Chae-gyeong grow closer, which stirs mixed feelings in Yoon-seo. Meanwhile, the team treats a child flown in all the way from Boston.

Do-han scolds the surgical team when In-hae returns to the hospital in a more critical state, and Do-han nearly collapses before an important surgery.

Shi-on discovers that his ailing father's health is rapidly deteriorating, and Yoon-seo discovers that her feelings for Shi-on are growing.

The pediatric surgery department stages a performance of "Peter Pan" for the kids, and Do-han elbows his way into In-hae's surgery.

Shi-on and Yoon-seo face backlash over their relationship, and the hospital finally agrees to take on Shi-on as a full-time doctor.
