Kym and Michael come to Tim to save them from going through divorce again and Tim leads them on a canyoneering expedition. To survive the 3-day trip, they'll have to communicate, cooperate and put their lives in each other's hands.

Kris lost his sister eight years ago and the pain has pushed him to drink every night since. Loaded with gear and armed with a knife, Kris must endure a Mt. St. Helens expedition all without a drop of alcohol for the first time in years.

Tim leads Michelle on an excruciating trip through the unforgiving Moab desert. Michelle admits she's only afraid of three things: heights, deep water and snakes. And she's about to face all of them head on on her journey to find the fighter inside.
