Students discover the quarks of Caribbean-island living at Croft University Medical School. Alex encounters the seductive Doctor Alice Davis, while Colin takes action to save a man he suspects may have diabetes.

Kathleen, dejected over news of her ex-boyfriend's plan to wed, finds hopes as a 12-year-old patient explaining his won broken hear. Meanwhile, Alex has an adventure with a ""borrowed"" centrifuge; a mysterious figure stalks Charlie.

The frustrating death of a patient touches Cheryl; Doctor Croft starts a student cricket team and Doctor Davis plays games with Alex, who lust after her.

Alex's auto collision with a goat gets him a frustrating day in court; Kathleen and Charlie struggle to diagnose a case study.

Kathleen and Colin are tried by fire when they must assist Doctors Norris and Croft in emergency surgery. Meanwhile, problems arise for Alex and Cheryl when they buy a water heater.

Cheryl and her house-mates encounter a 'domestic disturbance' when they hire a maid. Kathleen plays matchmaker for a special patient and Charlie meets the 7-foot giant again.

Alex and Doctor Davis get a little kinky, and the resulting hernia forces Alex into the hospital for surgery. Meanwhile, Cheryl struggles to cope with depression fueled by a patient's refusal of treatment for a serious ailment.

The pressure is on when Doctor Croft's ex-wife pays a visit to claim money concealed during their divorce, Charlie sets a tutor who is even more stressed than he is, and Kim and Cheryl get close while preparing for a race.

Charlie and Alex take tetanus vaccine to a remote village and discover a tribal chief with a Hollywood flair. Meanwhile, Cheryl suspects their maid of theft, and Colin becomes a godfather.

Colin learns a few lessons in life from a patient-a wise old fisherman whose wife recently died. Alex's toothache has him in extreme pain, but doctor Davis gets to the root of the problem; and Solomon tells Charlie about a giant drummer.

Doctor Croft commissions a video to promote his medical school. Meanwhile, Alex shows a new student around and Charlie goes into the jungle to help an ailing Nuey.

Alex is torn between two lovers: the carnal Doctor Alice Davis and cute, considerate Carolyn. Meanwhile, Charlie proves that there really are good spirits and Kathleen discovers that Delia can't read.

Kathleen and Colin get a little closer after riding a river in her Christmas gift, a kayak. Meanwhile, Dr. Davis deals with Alex's rejection, and Carolyn gets a present that is sure to disappoint Alex.

Kathleen and Colin are called, as witnesses in the case of a man who acts like a goat. Meanwhile, Charlie's debts force him to get a job-at Solomon's and Doctor Norris is crushed when his ex-wife interferes with his son's visit.

An accreditation team visits Croft University, but one of the group's doctors has a bone to pick with Doctor Croft. Alex re-introduced movies to the island and Charlie goes exploring with Doctor Van DeWegle.

A new semester brings a rejected applicant who must prove his will to become a doctor. Meanwhile, Doctor Davis taps Cheryl as her new friend, Charlie looks for corpse donors.

Roger and Beth choose Kathleen as the best man and Colin as the maid of honor for their wedding; Doctor Croft sails to a nearby island and finds a wealthy computer genus who has tried to drop out of society.
