10 aspiring make-up artists compete as the hit BBC Three series returns. First up, they are asked to work on an advertising campaign for JD Sports. The creative brief is based on their identity.

The 9 MUAs hit London Fashion Week to do the make-up for a successful brand. Back at HQ the creative brief challenges them to create a look representing their icon. Realistic freckles are the skill drill for the elimination Face-Off.

The 8 remaining contestants take on the world of theatrical make-up at London's West End smash hit The Lion King. In Glow Up HQ they create a look that reveals more than it hides. The weakest two MUAs Face-Off.

The 6 MUAs are thrown into the glossy world of fashion editorials - booked on a job for gay magazine, Attitude. Michelle Visage gives them a Creative Brief inspired by club culture. The Face-Off blends 3 colours to create a temple drape.

Can these contenders cut it? They better brush up on realistic bruises for the TV medical drama "Holby City" before they conjure nightmares in paint.

Stacey returns to her favourite dancefloor and the MUAs battle it out in Britain's most famous ballroom at Strictly Come Dancing (2004). It's Movie Week and the contestants are asked to design make-up for characters and create a super hero.

The mission: Make a splash with futuristic faces shot in a water tank for Rankin's Hunger magazine, then get inspired by one of the four elements.

All eyes are on the prize. The competition climaxes as the finalists lead master classes at Harrods and picture their evolution. A winner is picked.
