Our story begins in a city where violent crime and gang activity has risen to unprecedented levels. The underfunded and over-stretched METRO Police Department has been steadily losing it's grip and the situation becomes more dire by the day. Aleks Strathmore, a wealthy local business man, takes matters into his own hands and secretly creates a team of highly-skilled individuals to operate in the shadows in a effort to restore justice and civility to a city plunging further in to chaos and darkness.
