As is his civic duty, Gary informs his viewers how to be responsible rat owners.

At the bequest of his viewers, Gary gives a dynamic tutorial on marijuana consumption.

After creating creating videos on the joys and dangers of rats and marijuana in his small apartment, Gary is evicted from it. He uses this crisis as a learning moment for his loyal viewers.

Following his eviction, Gary makes a spur-of-the-moment decision to fly to Reykjavík, Iceland, where he runs out of money and plans to sell his camera.
