It's up to a bickering Ambush and Pathfinder to foil COBRA's latest ransom-demand: $50 billion from the UN, or they'll bombard the globe with a gas which turns ordinary people into blindly-obedient zombies.

Night-Creeper, COBRA's Ninja-Commander, is hit on the head and assumes a new identity: Egypt's King Tut. COBRA works this situation to their advantage, until NC complicates the matter by targeting Lady-Jaye as a prospective bride/queen.

When Metal-Head's granny visits, she's under the impression that Cobra is a security agency headed by her grandson. She inadvertently aids them, remaining blissfully unaware even when the Joes break-up Cobra's latest scheme.
