MFSB finished the 2013 season with a big wall trip to Zion National Park where he attempted Moonlight Buttress, only to fall and injure himself which would begin a two year recovery process.

After injuring himself on Moonlight Buttress, MFSB attempts to keep the trip alive by venturing outside Zion and climbing Cowboy Way, a giant ridgeline of fragile rock.

After several months of rehab, MFSB decides to get back on the horse. Unable to climb, he starts with some haulbag hiking to get back in shape.

While still unable to climb, MFSB reminisces back to the good old days when he cut his teeth in 'Upstate' aka the Adirondacks of New York.

After (finally) getting medically cleared to start training again, MFSB gets out the gear and figures out a plan on how to do just that.

While playing around in the backyard with the gear (always a good time), MFSB shares some tips he learned while up on 'the big stone'. Check out the what on bosun chairs and tag lines in this one.
