While many things remain the same, the beginning of spring brings new experiences for the Iwatobi Swim Club.

While the third years worry about their futures, the Iwatobi Swim Club helps with the grand opening of the Iwatobi SC Returns.

Rei's been acting strange since the inter-club relay, and Nagisa and the others try to find out why.

While Samezuka gears up for the prefectural tournament, Gou tries to make sure the boys at Iwatobi are eating nutritionally balanced meals.

Nagisa is acting strange, but he won't tell the other club members why. How will they find out and help him?

The prefectural tournament begins, starting with the individual races. Will Iwatobi make it through the preliminaries?

It's finally the day of the medley relay. Who will win, Iwatobi or Samezuka?

Makoto meets a boy who hates swimming while helping out at Coach Sasabe's swimming club and is determined to teach him how to swim.

Haru feels the pressure of everyone's expectations as the regional tournament draws near.

Rin confronts Sosuke about his injury and learns more about Sosuke's past before they swim their medley relay.

Iwatobi High celebrates their swim club making it to nationals, but the swimmers have to deal with some issues before they will be ready to compete.

Rin shows Haru around places important to him in Australia and tells Haru about his experience studying abroad.

Leading into the national tournament, the boys look back on their journeys and talk about what they will do in the future.

Haruka and the others go to Samezuka Academy's Culture Festival, where Rin and the rest of the swimming club are hosting a maid café. Both the Iwatobi and Samezuka teams decide to participate in a watergun survival game across the campus, with Haruka, Sousuke, Nagisa, and Momotarou on one team and Rin, Makoto, Rei, and Aiichirou on the other. After several mishaps and plans gone astray, the match boils down to a standoff between Haruka and Rin, which Rin wins due to Haruka's affinity for water. At the end of the day, the eight of them take the time to get to know each...
