It's been a couple of weeks since Sarah moved into Flat 32 and gate-crashed Pauls quiet bachelor-pad lifestyle. Today Paul is woken by a very enthusiastic Sarah and forced to listen to her inventive ways to keep the flat clean - for the third time. Paul has no choice but to do something drastic to shake up this new lifestyle he finds himself living.

Sarah has got her first job interview in London. Paul has kindly taken a day off work to help her prepare for it and has transformed the living room into a fake interview room. As the mock interview progresses, it becomes apparent that Sarah might not be right for the job. Or any job at all. Ever.

New housemate flat viewings fast approaching, Sarah has created a cleaning rota without consulting Paul. Paul is not happy but today Sarah isn't taking any notice of him as she's about to go out for a date with 'Craig' - a colleague from her new work. However, in the process of getting ready, her night takes an eventful turn.

It's the big day. Sarah has gone overboard (no surprise) in her preparations for the new potential housemate interviews. Paul and Sarah meet a herd of eccentric, inappropriate, but more importantly - unsuccessful tenants. Deflated and about to give up, the door bell rings with an unsuspecting visitor.
