Professor Carter is tasked to put together a team of specialist to join the C.M.D.F. to test Busby Birdwell's miniaturization machine and, if the test proves successful, protect the world from the enemies of freedom.

A space capsule on it's way back to Earth is immobilized by tiny crystal particles. The Voyager rockets into the capsule using radio beams to save the Earth from a possible alien infection. Insterstellar Biology expert Dr. Calvin Casdan joins the CMDF team.

The Magnificent Mephisto is using the magic crystal of Kabala to make his predictions of the future come to pass. The crystal is invulnerable from the outside, so the CMDF team has to find a way to destroy it from the inside.

Radioactive butterflies cause explosions at atomic reactors. Butterfly collector and expert Herman Brownmeddle joins the CMDF team in their investigation.

The most dangerous enemy spy, Gottfried Seneca, infiltrates the CMDF, miniaturizes Professor Carter, takes his place, and sabotages the Voyager crew's test procedures.

Guru is ambushed on his way to the CMDF headquarters and suffers brain damage. His teammates have to venture into his mind to save his life, and are joined by another mystic,

Various toys that were used to test the miniaturization machine when it broke down, reappear on the miniaturize platform and have somehow come alive.

Mysterious, rapidly growing weeds are destroying the nation's crops. The CMDF team uncovers an enemy organization named the BOAF is behind it.

Busby is trapped in an enemy base but manages to send the Voyager back to HQ. The rest of the team are joined in their rescue attempt by weapons expert Brigadier Taylor Desmond Shaw and vault engineer Mademoiselle Lisette Clossard.

A new test pattern interferes with the CMDF radio beam, causing the Voyager and it's top secret cargo to crash land between the toys of Jacob's Hobby House.

An enemy satellite is able to take top secret pictures even through solid walls. The Voyager is dispatched to sabotage the satellite from the inside.

Government Finance Commissioner Selwyn J. Upjohn visits CMDF HQ to inspect their budget spending. His son Alvin proceeds to make a nuisance of himself. He even high-jacks the Voyager and sends it to a moon landing testing site.

Erica miniaturizes Busby without authorization to use him as a puppet at a Children's Hospital show, only to have a jealous puppeteer steal her puppet.

Professor Percy Pointdexter has taken over an experimental Bathysphere on the ocean floor. The Voyager is sent after it using an underwater rocket.

Kidd betrays the team by stealing Busby's new portable miniaturization machine and join criminal mastermind Eric Mensa on the wrong side of the law.

Enemy agitators threaten to blow up the World's Fair. The CMDF team have to find them and stop them among the attendees of the fair before it's too late.

Prospector Polecat Smith joins the CMDF to investigate radioactive gold. But underneath the mine they discover war games being played out by the military. Games that become deadly when they discover there are enemy agents among the the players.
