Tyron has reactivated his supercomputer and the team must go back to virtualizing to deactivate a tower that X.A.N.A. has activated in Cortex, when Odd falls into the digital sea they must get Laura's help.

Sam goes back to Kadic and talks to Odd about Laura, he's seen the girl kissing William. On the other hand William will go to Lyoko to deactivate a tower.

Adam Gauthier returns to Kadic after discovering that his daughter Laura's grades have dropped since dating a boy named Odd, so he asks her to cut his relationship with him. X.A.N.A has activated a tower and Jeremie calls Yumi so that she and Aelita go to Lyoko, as the two girls meet with Sissi, Yumi decides to tell him the truth thinking that after Jeremie will be able to go back to the past without knowing that the program has stopped working. Shortly after Jeremie receives a strange call from Cortex but who will be on the other side of the screen?

X.A.N.A. is now stronger and can Xanify Lyoko's warriors, while William trains in the gym a tower is activated and a kind of black smoke surrounds him, he has been XANIFIED and now goes for Yumi. The warriors will have to deactivate a tower in Sector 5 before William removes the codes from them. First part of the five-episode Evolution 2 special.

Laura and Odd are spending the day together in Kadic when Xana activates a tower and sends them a specter of David, one of the academy's students, while the two guys try to escape the other Lyoko warriors will try to deactivate the tower, but defeating XANA is not as easy as it seems, there is a second tower and one of Lyoko's warriors has been Xanified. Will the boys be able to defeat Xana this time?

Jeremie and Xavier tell us their inventions and data never seen before in the series as the creation of Kai, because the men in black discovered the location of Franz and Anthea or Green Phoenix information.

Odd, Pauline, Marta and Yumi tell us in this special episode details of their never before told life, such as information about Odd's birth, about Kiwi (Odd's dog) or the false memories that XANA created for Marta.

When the group is trapped in Kadic by a flood Laura and William must be virtualized to deactivate two towers that X.A.N.A. has activated.

Only Sissi and Ulrich can go to Cortex to deactivate a purple tower activated by Tyron. Will they be able to deactivate it before it's too late?

Aelita travels to Cortex to talk to Zyon but Tyron has discovered that his son has betrayed him and decides to intervene.

When Odd and Zyon travel to Cortex to look at a strange dome that has appeared in the center of the sector (of the virtual world) they are absorbed by it. As the whole group can not go to help them Laura also travels to Cortex and enters the dome.
