A sorrowful Ogami is berating herself. Goomagawa worried about her. Meanwhile, new psychic phenomenon occurs in the hospital and then people are beginning to suspect something Ogami is the problem.

After Ogami watched Suzuki's footage, she have convulsions, "a woman, Kinoo by name's ghost laid a curse on Suzuki" she says with her weird voice, and fainted away. Suzuki is missing from several hours ago, when Ogami awakens, she headed for the hospital with Goomagawa.

Goomagawa and Madagara go to the top floor of old hospital ward for try to find out Kinoo's truth. but there is no the door what Ogami and Suzuki saw. Goomagawa listen to the story about Kinoo's curse in the Meiji era and a similar case 50 years ago from his father.

Goomagawa and Madarame found out the truth some shaman bound the evil to the top floor of old hospital ward. and they headed to hospital. it occurred weird situation patients and nurses attack other people, showing its black teeth.

Sounds like weird earth tremor. A strange energy swept around the old hospital ward. Every kind of ghosts came over them, when Ogami, Goomagawa and Madarame enter the old hospital ward.
