In the Dordogne Valley, Abbie, Clive, Karen and Ross are back preparing for wedding season. Tim who was a chef and his wife Chris with baby Owen live in another chateau 93 miles east of Bordeaux are changing their business model from full B & B to full chateaux rental to free up more family time. They have an old barn that houses old equipment that they hope to sell as they do not use any of it.

Abbie, Clive, Karen and Ross erect their wedding marquee and prepare the chateau's library.

Abbie, Clive and Karen host their first wedding of the season; Tim finishes a greenhouse for Margreeth's birthday. Plus a new chateau owner, an artist from Australia, starts her reno with help from her sister from England.

Tim insulates his Gite with wool from his own sheep, but it is going to be a long slow process, Joshua and Lee from Manchester are searching for their new chateau home.

Joshua and Lee are still searching for their chateau to purchase. Tim and Margreeth host their Floral and fine dining weekend.

Anna and Phillip get the keys to their chateau, Anna and Edward host their 20 th wedding. Dick fixes Arthur's dinasaur.

The language barrier proves to be a slight problem for Johnny and Ashley and Anna and Edward finish their formal garden, ready for a photo area for their weddings.

Anna and her Italian husband Phillip press on with their huge renovation project to make a family apartment in the attic for themselves; Iain and Kate keep searching for their dream French Chateau.

Anna and Philipp focus on getting the girls' bedroom ready, Anna designs the wallpaper; Iain and Kate continue to search for their ideal chateau. Another couple who use their chateau as a family home and moved in 8 months ago, get ready for their reception in their courtyard. This is to introduce themselves to the local community.

Mark, Becky and George test out a newly discovered well, hoping to to be able to pipe the water to their Gite, and also use the water for the garden. Another couple who have been searching for 6 years have a 2 nd viewing of a chateau.
