Nine Youtube Stars are invited by Joey Graceffa to a mysterious masquerade ball in the Victorian era, but uncover that things are conspiring against them,as they find their supposed "host" captured by viscous vampires.

The night continues as once joey is freed, the guests learn they must unlock the crown of oblivion to defeat the sorceress responsible and return home: The first gem required lies with Dorian, the King of all vampires.

The seducing queen of spiders turns up the heat for the 9 remaining guests, putting 4 people into a death challenge; and the guests learn troubling information about what is to come.

Someone is going to die; Joey is given a choice that is designed to drive a wedge between friends; They receive a third gem and become one step closer to escaping the night.

The remaining guest's must free 2 children from a twisted gingerbread woman, and avoid being baked into her next pie if they wish to receive the next gem.

The guest's enter another dimension and must defeat a ice queen to claim the next gem; 2 people must be voted to walk the "Path of betrayal" in a shocking twist during the death challenge.

After accidentally activating the self destruct sequence for the mansion, the guest's are forced to find part's for a Automatic bride by its mad inventor in order to receive another gem.

The guest's are chased by hungry werewolves to receive the next gem, and a shocking sacrifice proves to be in their favor during the death challenge.

The guests are chased down by a monster from "The Dark Dimension", And must build a portal to it and send it back to receive the final gem's.

With the crown complete, The Sorceress chases down joey and his 2 remaining guest's after she reveals they were tricked. They must race against time to unleash a secret she has been hiding in order to escape the mansion with their lives.

In Episode 11, The Monster's Ball, the creators of the show delve into the creation of the horrific monsters you see on the show. Revealing the Devourer, the Harpies, the Gingerbread Woman, the Sorceress, the Ice Witch, the Werewolves, Jerogumo, and the Automaton Bride.
