Riley lives at home with his Mom and is passionate about making pizza. He has Asperger's Syndrome, a form of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and finds job interviews difficult.

Matt is highly educated and motivated but his ADHD causes him to struggle maintaining focus in a work environment.

Once a registered nurse, Nathalea became legally blind suddenly at the age of 32. In the years since, she has been job hunting within her field with no success.

Despite 15 years of sales experience, and being bi-lingual, Christine has yet to successfully find a job that can accommodate the tics and anxiety caused by her Tourette's Syndrome. Outgoing and energetic, Kelly has Asperger's Syndrome and has been unsuccessful in his job search. He struggles in social settings and has trouble making decisions.

She was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at a young age, and subsequently has had trouble succeeding in job interviews. Musician and creative writer Simon aspires to find a job in communications. His combination of Tourette's Syndrome, OCD and Cerebral Palsy make him nervous during job interviews, resulting in swearing fits.

Robert, who lives at home with his family, has been blind since age 8. He speaks six languages and has a degree in Arabic, however has never had a paying job in his life.
