Shark Therapy: After being chased yet again by Sharky, Eek has reason to believe that Sharky needs help. Sharky undergoes treatment, but it doesn't really help him in the end./Meat the Thunderlizards: The first Terrible Thunderlizards episode tells about how and why the threesome was send on their mission to destroy humankind: Bill and Scooter.

Eek's funny thing that he does: Wendy Elizabeth and J.B try to sell lemonade, but Eek gives it all away. Realizing his mistake, he tries to get some new lemons, but it just so happens that the only lemon tree nearby grows next to Sharky's house./Always eat your Spinach: A dinosaur kid picks up Bill and Scooter and keeps them as pets. The thunder lizards think up a plan to enter the house without drawing suspicion.

Speed FrEek: To raise funds to help out Elmo's little brother, Timmy, Eek volunteers to enter a race./The Lave of my Life: An evil organization, known as the Thugosaurs, have abducted the president's daughter and hold her for ransom. It is up to the Thunderlizards to free her.

Rocketship to Jupiter: Eek hurts his head and dreams he's in the magical land of Toodlesnook, home of the Squishy Bears./Thundersaurus Wrecks: Bill and Scooter rescue a young bat. At first it seems a real nuisance, but their misery turns into fortune once the mother bat shows up and helps them evade the Thunderlizards.

Eekpocalypse now!: Eek goes on a journey to find Sharky, somewhere upstream of the great McTropelis river./Tar and away: Scooter and Bill 'discover' tar. The Thuggasaurs are up to no good again, so the Thunderlizards try to stop them. Unavoidable, Bill and Scooter get mixed up in this mess.

Night on Squishy Mountain: Eek and his owners visit the Squishy Bears amusement park. At some point the kids get separated from Mom and it's up to Eek to bring them back together. An automaton of the creator of the Squishy Bears goes on a rampage and kidnaps Mom./Let's make a wheel: Scooter finally invents something that cavemen were supposed to invent: the wheel. Except that Scooter's wheel has a lot of flaws. Bill turns out to be an excellent guinea pig.

Eeking out a living: Eek and Sharky accidentally break Annabelle's new water fountain. They try to find new jobs so they can get some money to buy glue. Unfortunately, none of the jobs they get seem to suit them./Ice Age kapades: Bill and Scooter accidentally set of a weapon that blasts the dinosaurs into the ice age.

Two witch cat sisters are jealous that Annabelle got to appear on the cover of a magazine decided to kidnap her and feed her to their zombie lawyers, meanwhile Eek and Elmo set out to rescue her.

Eex men: Eek receives a magic cape from a superhero who goes on a vacation. Now he has to face the evil Garbage man and his henchmen to protect the world!/All about Babs: The dinosaur scientists create a new human being: Babs. The first female human is supposed to draw out Bill and Scooter. Of course things don't go as planned.

Star TrEek: This episode tells of Eek as the captain of the starship Shoesuntied. Together with his crew Mr. Socks and Mittens, Eek homes in on a distress signal. Later, they are captured by Sharky who is the leader of the Sharktarians./T-Rex, Lies and Videotape: The Thunderlizards set up cameras everywhere in a desperate attempt to track down Bill and Scooter. As it happens, the always naive twosome ends up using one of the camera's to invent the 'sitcom'.

The Great Eekscape: Eek and Sharky lose their licenses and up in the pound. They have to work together if they want to escape./Eek goes to the hot spot: Eek is run over by a truck and gets killed. Another dead cat tricks him and Eek is send to hell by mistake. The ruler of hell, Fido, ends up having a lot of trouble with Eek, since he is too optimistic.

Mountain Groan: Eek, Sharky, Annabelle, Elmo and the Squishy Bears all go on a camp trip on Mountain Groan. There, they encounter a Bigfoot-like creature./A Sharkwork Orange: Sharky goes out of control and Eek is worried about him. He sends him to Dr. Elmo for some serious therapy. But will this therapy have any effect on the shark dog?

Something's Abyss: Bill and Scooter end up in a cave complex after trying out the newly invented bungee jump. The Thunderlizards go after them, but end up getting lost. Meanwhile, the two humans are being tortured by cave dwellers./The Unbearable Lightness of being Scooter: This time, the Thunderlizards use a Pittosaur (dino equivalent of a bloodhound) to track down the humans, but instead come across the Thugasaurs who intend to blow up Jurassic City.

Sharky misses his family and is depressed. Eek (as helpful as ever) takes Sharky with him to go see Santa Claus. Once they get there, it turns out that the reindeer's are on strike and refuse to help Santa. Eek and Sharky end up helping out Santa instead.
