L.K. attempts to lavish Bully with her wealth, which makes him uncomfortable, so he decides to return to the retirement home.

Eleanor refuses to invite Bully and Ricardo to her anniversary party, so L.K. throws another party upstairs.

L.K. sends Bully and Ricardo out to buy a stallion, and they return with a broken-down racehorse.

Bully crashes Eleanor's ladies luncheon and wins the affections of one of the guests.

Bully overextends himself buying a birthday gift for L.K., so he takes a job at a malt shop.

When Quentin's latest book receives a bad review, Bully and Ricardo try to cheer him up.
