Luseal gets a bit too competitive trying to show off her acrobatics. When she gets some jet boosters from Shankley, she uses them to enhance her performance, but runs into trouble when she loses control.

Olly wants to prove to Dr. Daniel what a great research sub he is by finding a special artifact for her in the Mediterranean Sea. Only Olly hasn't yet learned the proper way to retrieve artifacts - and he almost ruins it!

The subs and Uma exchange tales of adventure and Skid wants to be part of it, so he starts making up acts of heroism. Then, when he actually DOES perform a heroic act - no one will believe him!

Olly gets help from a very unexpected source - when a seemingly routine job turns into an exciting rescue!

Olly's "sub" conscious tells him that he might not be ready to pass an important obstacle course test.

Skid carelessly disposes of a plastic bag, which leads to a chain of events that puts several characters, including Bobsie, at risk.

When Scopes removes an ancient Roman urn from the seabed he causes trouble for everyone.

No one believes Olly's story about seeing a fantastical undersea creature beneath the polar ice caps. So he sets out by himself to take a picture of the creature and winds up stuck in the ice.

An area of Dark Bay has been reclaimed and is ready to repopulate with native flora and fauna. Olly and Beth are excitedly preparing for the arrival of Sub D, who is part of the project. But when Sub D arrives, all dirty and scruffy-looking from the trip, Olly doesn't recognize him.

Beth warns Olly not to play near a sandbar. But when Olly fails to heed her warning, he gets himself stuck, pleading with everyone who tries to help him, "don't tell Beth!"

Ironically, Shankley spends all his time fixing sea vessels, without ever getting to go on the sea himself. Olly and Beth try to come up with a way to get Shankley seaborne, but find he is nervous about actually doing it. However, his nervousness evaporates when the subs need his help.

After a huge storm, the harbor is stricken with an oil spill. Everyone gears up to deal with it, but Luseal feels left out and useless. Then she discovers a key role for herself - seeking out the sea animals in distress.
