In today's episode we'll try and keep up with some of the best mountain bikers in country, as they take us through the exceptional trails at the Retallack Lodge. Then we'll explore the backcountry of Alaska with snowboarding legends, and venture high above Pakistan, where photographer Krystle Wright documents paragliders. Finally, we'll meet a climbing couple who spend most of their days scaling excruciatingly rewarding cliffs.
