The beginning of the new academic year. Jeanne has redecorated her house. Victor and Jill return, but after the bullying of Victor student Jill decides to leave. Victor tries to convince Jeanne to rent the other rooms to his nerdy friends.

Besides Victor and Lukas, Jeanne still has no students. The battle between the two boys to get their favorites in bursts loose. The attic gets converted into a relaxation room for the students. Betty returns after ten years to arrange a room for her cousin Paulien.

Jef lies to Jeanne that he goes to London, but he actually goes to a billiards tournament. Mimi discovers Jef's secret. Jill and Paulien help a friend with her relationship. They devise a plan where Lukas is penalized.

Jeanne's mother wants to move to Benidorm. Lukas makes ridiculous photos of Jill and Paulien and distributes them. Jill and Paulien devise a plan to fool Lukas.

Jill is trying to obtain notes from a nerd from her class. That is of course considered outside Victor. Jef wants to win the fishing competition and plays false. Therefor he must lie to Jeanne. Lukas helps him, but then it all ends up wrong.

Jef wants an excuse in order to skip the pruning week. Jeanne exercises a song of Dolly Parton for the birthday of her mother. Jefs colleagues think Jeanne has undergone a breast enlargement. Victor is in love. The other students help him to succeed. Although he must learn to ride horse...

Jef wins the national fishing tournament, but he has cheated. Therefore he dues someone 1000 euros. Jef steals purification pump of the lake to sell it to the club, but the club is out of money. A big laundry and ironing service starts at Jeanne's home in favor of the club. Lukas wants to play strip poker with Paulien. Victor wants to learn how to play to earn money. The girls get the boys naked.

Lukas finds out that Jeff lured him into the back-breaking clean-up of a storage room by pretending a grateful patrol of girl scouts would attend. To punish Jef, Lukas 'tipps him off' about a supposedly valuable, abandoned buffet piano, then tells those very girls he 'found it'. Pauline was dumped by lover of the week Fred, but the boys are let to believe her pet 'fret' (Dutch for ferret) died so they'll console her, Lukas even buys her a new one.

Jef has a new colleague: Armand. He is addicted to games. And just now Paulien and Jill are organizing a game competition in the attic. The first alderman of Leuven, who thought Jef could help Armand get rid of his addiction, is not happy with this.

Jef wants to go to an exclusive plant exhibition. Jill gets him a false document so that it should not work: Jef must sit in a Assizes jury. Jeanne is initially very proud but then gets more and more worried. Lukas wants to organize a student baptism. He bribes Victor to join him.

Yvonne, a colleague of Odilon, gives her Koi-fish away. Subsequently Odilon wants them, but Jef has other plans. He prefers to earn a tidy sum. Jill is tight in cash. She asks a rental discount to Jeanne. When Victor discovers that, he wants this too. Everyone is equal before the law.

After Lucas's latest date takes a dare painfully literally by punching the poor puppy a black eye, he's deadly determined to prove his sex-appeal. Viktor sells him to privilege to host Swedish exchange student Agneta, who alas proves an abusive, bratty bitch. Jeanne hears from the prison director Odilon is technically breaking into prison by returning 'to work' after legally obligatory retirement. Jeff is ordered to convince Odilon of the joys of spare time, while the girls conspire to make him realize he's getting too old and prepare a retirement party.

Lukas is hopelessly late to enter an economics paper, so he needs teaching assistant Daan Van Acker to slip one he still has to buy into the professor's pile, which he will only do if still or again dating fickle Jill. feeling cheated when the club president's kinsman wins the angling cup he aspires for years, Jeff stole the trophy to hide, but Jeanne finds it and insists to show it off, attracting unwelcome attention. Jeff and Odilon's attempt to cover up with another cup only doubles the problems.
