Vincent is recovering from his accident in the hospital. Everyone else is enjoying their weekend when the news of the relationship between Tim and Suus breaks.

With their relationship out in the open, Tim and Suus try to do damage control but they can't prevent the repercussions. Corinne takes in a refugee and Jan hires a new press officer for the VPN.

The funeral of an old VPN colleague makes Jan and Marise rethink their views on euthanasia. Tim decides to use Yusuf for a new campaign on refugees. Michael takes the new press officer Stuart out for a drink.

Tim and Corine introduce Yusuf to the fraction. Vincent visits a therapist for his drinking problem. Suus her last show is coming up and she is preparing to go out with a bang.

An already troublesome debate training session spins completely out of control when Vincent shows up. Meanwhile, Yusuf's radio interview leads to much controversy.

Vincent is leaking information to the press while also pushing Michael to make a stand. Dara makes a deal with a powerful lobby group.

Michaël is becoming increasingly more fed up with VPN politics and the way he and his views are treated by his colleagues, leading to a crisis within the party.

Tim doesn't know what to do anymore, but Suus is still busy in her role as unofficial spin doctor for the VPN. Jan and Marise escape The Hague to go on a work visit.

Dara presents her ambitious refugee plan with Florian. No one from the VPN fraction seems to know about this plan. Jan is frustrated that everyone seems to do what he or she wants.

The death of one of their own brings all of the (former) VPN fraction members together and they discuss past, present and future.
