One year has passed since the last recorded murder committed by the Red Masks. Anna, a journalist, is reporting on a recent murder when she finds out the two cases might be linked.

Anna finally convinces Todd to help her and they begin their journey to solving this mystery. Ryan is fully aware they are tracking him and is prepared to stop them at any cost.

Todd enlists the help of an old suspect in order to push the case forward but, she is reluctant to help due to their history. Anna reflects back on a tragedy and how she might have been the cause.

Todd, Anna and Lilly learn that Rollini's followers have progressed their reaches into other aspects of society and discover a way to end it all. Todd and Anna learn that both of them might be holding secrets from each other that could potentially do them harm.

Todd is rescued after a brutal attack leaves him severely wounded and Anna captured by Ryan and his team. Todd retaliates in order to save Anna and stop Ryan from carrying out his work.
