A young man appears in the middle of a square with a bomb attached to his neck. The Special Investigation Unit is called to save the life of the man and find out who is behind the attack.

Saburo Tamaru gets a call from a friend, who seems to have some important information. They agree to meet at the station, but the friend is killed before he can relay his information to Saburo. The Special Investigation Team will try to find the reason behind this killing and the information Saburo's friend was trying to pass him.

After a congressman is killed, the Special Security Squad (SSS) is called to find the culprits.

The SSS was ordered to protect a professor who has the missile formula and was targeted by the enemies.

Inami went undercover as Nakazawa and infiltrated a small organized crime group.

The SSS follows a case to catch a wanted terrorist who bombed a train, along with his accomplices, 11 years ago.

The Heisei Restoration Army planned an attack against the government. The SSS' attempts to solve the case by looking for Sakamoto's passwords to his computer.
