We enter the rodeo arena with bullfighter Scott Byrne, our TrailBlazer is the gentle giant Brahma bull General Pilsner, singer/songwriter Eli Barsi is profiled; we bake up some Lil Cheddar Meat Loaves and visit the historic O'Keefe Ranch.

Living Legend bucking horse Coyote is highlighted, our TrailBlazer is famed mountain man Bill Peyto, we hoe down at the Great Canadian Barn Dance, create the culinary sensation, Hat Creek Buffalo Stew and drop in for a visit with artist and cowboy, Don Brestler.
