Infidelity, a nasty prenuptial agreement, addiction and communication are all issues that relationship therapist Dr. Jenn Mann is prepared to address with her direct, no nonsense approach. Startling secrets are revealed, as the couples dive into the process, but are they ready for the truth?

Joe's return to the house has him addressing rumors that were spread in his absence, and trying to make things right with Kaylin. While the rest of the house adjusts to the changes, Adrian and Carmen get heated when Carmen discovers a suspicious text.

Ryan is turning 29, so the crew plans a one of a kind surprise party. Don tries to make things right with his girlfriend Ashley, but when he is put on the spot about their future, things go from bad to worse.
