Socialite parents flood Camp Withlilhoochie on Independence Day. Withlilhoochie's new camp direction steps up to the plate, but there is resentment of her from both the campers and counselors.

Paxton spreads the Y2K prep guide creating a frenzy, Lex takes a painful step to erase Karrie. Heartthrob Rich is stuck in the middle. Karrie green-lights Amber's rave of all raves.

Summer comes to a close, and the counselors face each other in the sacred circle, unlocking four years unsaid truths.

The campers have gone. Lex leads the benefit concert while Amber gets her trust back. Karrie make a choice between her suitors. Meech and Paxton begin a new adventure and Phil and Diana rally the troupes to invest.
