Julia takes on a stunning six-and-a-half-mile route on Cornwall's most westerly point. Along the way she experiences the iconic landmark of Land's End and samples some local cuisine on the beach.

Julia heads to the Isles of Scilly, an enchanting archipelago of wild islands in the Atlantic Ocean where she walks a five-mile circular loop around St Martins.

Julia is in South Devon taking on a section of the South West Coast Path from the affluent, chi chi coastal town of Salcombe to rugged Prawle Point.

Julia hikes seven and a half miles of the wild Lizard Peninsula, Cornwall's most southerly point, starting at the much-photographed Kynance Cove.

Julia walks the secluded coves along the Helford River in a three-mile loop from Helford Village to Frenchman's Creek and back. She goes oyster fishing, tries her hand at stand-up paddle boarding before visiting the Cornish Seal Sanctuary.
