George Biddle visits the Grange to re-insure some of Mrs. Peacock's valuables. But starts to uncover valuable several secrets belonging to the house regulars instead.

A film about previous owner George Velares is about to be filmed at Arlington Grange, but it's star star Marieanne Kray is making enemies of Mrs. Peacock and her guests.

While everyone is busy preparing a charity auction to raise money for the new church roof, window cleaner Ben pokes his nose into the private affairs of too many Grange house guests.

Miss Scarlett has fallen for Dave, the leader of a band of traveling hippies who have set up camp at Arlington. But when she invites him over for dinner, he appears to have more dubious connections to the rest of the dinner guests as well.

The wedding of Mrs. Peacock and Colonel Mustard is disrupted when her second husband turns up alive in church. Jack Peacock, thought to have been killed during an expedition with Professor Plum, claims ownership of Arlington Grange and has more secrets to reveal.
