Picking up where we left off, a nice paid vacation and new hires on their way, we see what the stylists at our favorite Metro-Detroit salon have been up to.

To prep the team for new rules, incoming stylists, and have a general re-introduction to Janice - we have a meeting. Joy.

Meeting new employees can be fun, exciting, and adventurous. Can be.

Questions arise of what Del's true intentions (or identity) is, meanwhile Tina deals with a questionable client and gives Cali a stern talking to about floor etiquette.

A crazy day where everything is turned upside down isn't made any easier with the arrival of even more new stylists. Bree, who never shuts up, Moira who we call "Mo" and doesn't seem like a stylist at all and the pregnant Jessica who Stacey automatically has problems with.

All hell breaks loose as the new staff is pitted against each other, Alyssa re-joins the team, and we find out a couple not-so-awesome things about Stacey's role in this new problem.

Picking up where we left off, Alyssa and Stacey get into a pretty heated and emotional argument tarnishing Janice's meeting. Into the working day we see some kind of something going on between Cassie and Del, and get a surprise from Stacey's kids.

An intoxicated Stacey finds out her kids were in the salon the other day when Cassie and Jessica let it slip, leading to a physical altercation. Tina tells us all about her new side business, which really shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

An emotional Stacey deals with the decisions of the court in the ruling regarding her kids, and Tina decided to take a short-cut during a haircut instead of dealing with all her 'half inch please' requests.

Everyone has about had it with Stacey's drug-influenced antics, and they're not afraid to let her know. Meanwhile, Pauline's personal life takes a hit and we get some insight into what she's been going through at home.

A very big mistake with a client leaves Jessica in tears. Jeff (Stacey's drug dealer) accidentally drops some secret information regarding her location.

The whole staff is surprised by the surprise visit from Maurice, especially after what happened with Stacey, meanwhile, Bree seems to be scheming. For what reason we don't know.

As we learn what things Stacey was keeping a secret about their relationship, Maurice looks more innocent than he ever has. Arguably. Perfect distraction as Cassie starts ditching work for Del.

The air is out at Ebbert Salon and Spa and the staff is not pleased. A tired and exhausted Pauline leaves the salon, forgets her phone, and Alyssa is put directly in touch with the long lost Ann.

Alyssa's client Tyler tells her some secret info on Cassie's bae, Del. Tina kicks out a delusional client. Pauline makes a mistake on the wrong guy and Tina takes the butt of the violence.

Cassie is confronted about her weird behavior, Pauline causes quite a disaster, and Janice makes a decision she warned people she would make if she had to.

With all the mistakes, re-dos, call offs, no-shows, and generalized insanity that's been happening - Janice gives them the kindness of one final reminder what the rules are and what happens if they aren't followed.

Stranded on an insanely busy work day, Alyssa deals the best she can. A usually guarded Mo lets Alyssa in on her painful past.

A very entitled woman comes in to insist they do her service their way. Alyssa receives an enticing offer from Janice. Tina is reprimanded for her lack of leadership. Rumors are starting.

Luke stops in for an emotional farewell. Cali looks into Tina's new side-hustle and stumbles upon some very disturbing things Cassie needs to know ASAP.

A much needed intervention is forced upon Cassie, who doesn't understand why Del's secret sex-tapes of her are a problem.

When the power goes out the girls have no choice but to sit around and wait. Alyssa discovers a missing item of hers in Bree's possession, and the Tarot cards they read do not tell any lies.

Janice proves she wasn't messing around and makes Cassie an example. Tina tries to recruit as many of the girls as possible for her camming channel. We see what Bree's intentions really are.

Tina puts her cam channel as her top priority. Pauline lets us all into what's been going on in her life. Bree gives us a small piece of her story. The group goes for dinner.

The girls discuss the rumor that Karin is stealing clients from her new Salon Suite. Meanwhile, Mo is plagued with constipation.

Stocking products, bad client reviews, Pauline sneaking back on the floor - it all makes for a hectic day. What we couldn't anticipate, however, is our surprise visitor.
