A new school year begins: Kathi and Jannis are running for student representative. While Kathi fears Pippi will thwart her attempt, Pippi can only think of how much she misses David and how much she would like to move to Berlin to be with him. Petra, a new Einsteiner, tells everyone about her great family, but something about her stories doesn't quite add up. Director Berger has hired a new caretaker. While some worry about how Mrs. Rottbach will react, others fantasise about how cool the new caretaker must be.

Mila suddenly wants to know everything about sixteen- year-old's. Dominik is pleased to help, but is taken aback by one of Mila's requests. Martha is annoyed by her "helicopter brother" Lennard. She needs to come up with a way to keep him busy and as far away as possible. Jule moves into Olivia's room, but she is in a bad mood and takes it out on Jule. Will they ever manage to get along?

Sarah is spending more and more time with Martha. Nele feels left out and, in an attempt to win her BFF back, organises a secret midnight party for the three of them. Now they only have to go all night unnoticed by Ms. Schiller. Dominik is totally overwhelmed by Mila's "Project 16". To make matters worse, there is also a stupid mix-up and the two of them have to work hard to get an extremely embarrassing document back from Mr. Zech. Orkan misses Daphne, but won't admit it. Instead, he decides a date will keep his mind off Daphne. What could go wrong?

Jannis notices Petra is constantly contradicting herself. He immediately thinks the worst and sets off to find out what she is really up to. Kathi feels flattered when Lennard asks to interview her for the school paper. She's not expecting for him to have seen through her campaign and focuses on her styling for the pictures. Mrs. Rottbach is outraged when she comes back from vacation and meets Wiebke Schiller. Director Berger hired the new caretaker without asking. Is there enough place at the boarding school for two strong women to lead?

Henri's homesickness gets him into trouble at Mr. Zech's class. Henri can't let go of this bad experience, he even dreams about it. Olivia applies to become an editor at the Xpress after Jule convinces her to do something about her crush on Lennard. Jannis thinks Petra could get Einstein into trouble and tries to warn Kathi, but she dismisses him and Jannis is offended. If the others don't need him, then he doesn't need Einstein either.

Orkan is over the moon about Daphne's visit and goes all out on preparations for their date. Olivia has a date of her own and is full of anticipation, but big surprises await the both of them. Martha wants to get back at arrogant newcomer Kasimir. Sarah helps her play a prank on him. Nele reluctantly agrees to help, too. Things go wrong and tension arises between Nele and Sarah, is their friendship now at stake.

Jule is torn between taking up a modelling offer and turning it down to protect Olivia's feelings. Dominik confronts Henri about the lie he told to Ms. Schiller and Henri makes an impulsive decision. Martha is fed up with Ms. Schiller's and Ms. Rottbach's constant supervision and forges a plan to get back at them. Things get out of hand and Sarah and Nele's friendship once again lays on the line.
