Ettore De Angelis dies in a freak car accident. His daughters, Marina and Sofía, are the sole heirs to all of his assets, including the haute couture workshop. But the social pressures and the stories that surround his father will make his death the beginning of a new stage in the lives of women.

After Ettore's death, the Di Angelis sisters got together to say goodbye to their father. They both set out to search for the will with their cousin Juan Ángel, who is a prominent radio actor. The pressure from Marina's husband and the desire to carry out the fashion workshop will make these sisters join forces to fix the current situation.

Don Agustín is interested in bringing Sofía closer to his family, while she, along with her sister and Juancito, try to understand their late father's business. In addition, Felipe continues with his interests with the high politicians and Juancito is no longer a theater actor.

Gladys receives a surprise visit to her house: agents arrive to investigate her house after her clandestine political meeting. Marina, after being tired of Felipe for years, decides to separate from her and expels him from her house. On the other hand, Sofía receives a generous and suspicious job offer to work as a dressmaker.

Antonio and Lucy look for an excuse not to go on the seamstresses' trip and thus be alone for a moment. Felipe shows up at Marina's house to demand to see his children, and since they won't allow him, he confesses that her father has another child. The Di Angelis sisters ask Mirta if she knows anything about it, and she cannot deny it.
