Both Sunny and Meja are very pregnant, but at the same time as they welcome two new members to the family, a dramatic accident occurs. A funeral takes place in the village and a surprising visit turns the families' lives upside down.

The relationship between Meja and Sunny begins to crack at the same time as Grace and Michelle's joint responsibility for Daisy results in new conflicts. Louise discovers that life can still offer surprises at the age of 75.

Another priest enters the family and brings to life old memories that perhaps should best remain buried. Love is in the air when both Grace and Michelle let themselves explore new old acquaintances.

In the church there is great drama. The priest Valentin's alcoholism can no longer be ignored and he is faced with an ultimatum. In addition, two ceremonies remain to be performed - one more unexpected than the other.
