They enlist the help of Dogfish Head Brewery founder Sam Calagione to be their pit man as they prepare their creation at breakneck speeds on the Dover International Speedway. It's a glass from the past! Martin and James travel back in time to brew an "ancient modern ale" using the techniques and tools that natives would've had in the area 1,000 years ago.
