Jack is reliving the same day over and over again so he confides in a therapist who urges Jack to consider the supernatural.

Jack tries to learn more about the murdered girl but when his attempts to copy the day before don't provide the results he's looking for, Jack must try something new.

Jack comes up with a plan to stop the murder from happening but things take a darker turn.
