Goofy-bunny Mr. Whiskers meets prissy-pooch Brandy Harrington within a cargo hold of a plane. When Whiskers mistakenly opens the hatch door, the pair is dropped into the Amazon Rainforest with no way home.

Brandy volunteers to watch Mama Croc's eggs for the day, but when Lola Boa and Cheryl and Meryl invite her to hang out, she leaves Whiskers in charge.

While out star-gazing, the gang meets the cosmonaut monkey Boris, having crash-landed into the jungle.

When Mr. Whiskers gazes upon a female lizard name Isabel, he instantly falls in love with her. He's certain that she's the love of his life, so Brandy decides to help him into wooing Isabel, though she finds it harder than she expected.

Mr. Whiskers, being bullied by Lester after unknowingly sitting on his rock, must find the confidence to stand up for himself before it drives him away from Brandy. Meanwhile, she is on a mission to increase her public image in the jungle.

In order to try to find entertainment for the night, Brandy invites her female friends over to the house in order to hold a slumber party, though Mr. Whiskers is upset because she doesn't want to let him stay, as he isn't a girl.

When Mr. Whiskers inadvertently falls through several trees and emerges with leaves around his body, he is instantly proclaimed a fashion genius and everyone wants to wear what he wears.

It's Brandy's birthday, though she is unhappy as it's her first birthday away from her family. In order to make herself feel better, Brandy demands Mr. Whiskers throw her a party. But when he returns, she discovers that nobody wants to go.

Brandy is preparing for the Harrington Ball, which is a formal dance that the Harringtons have every year, but with all the hard work she forgot to get herself a date. She has Mr. Whiskers, and teaches him some etiquette manners.

Brandy, disgusted with Gaspar's dictatorship, riles the jungle dwellers to hold an election for king. She and Whiskers win the job, but quickly abuse the power just as bad as Gaspar, if not worse.

When Brandy stumbles across a suitcase that she wasn't aware of, she finds a handheld video game inside and she gives it to Mr. Whiskers in an attempt to get him to stop pestering her about playing a game.

Mr. Whiskers helps a jaguar named Lorenzo, but when he ends up driving Brandy and Whiskers at the hook, they try to find a way to get Lorenzo out of their lives.

Mr. Whiskers accidentally crushes Lola's shedded skin with a boulder, in which he believes he killed her. Not wanting Brandy to know, Mr. Whiskers get inside Lola's skin to fool her.

Brandy seems to have found a charming new date in the form of a Rico-suave ocelot, but Whiskers isn't so sure that he wants to date her, but rather eat her.

After Brandy tells him about lucky items, Mr. Whiskers starts to believe that his feet are lucky, though such is a claim that Brandy wishes to refute because she feels that such forces aren't at work in the world.

When Brandy introduces money into the jungle, she discovers it's hard to live a life of luxury when you have to earn your finances. So, she creates a youth gel in which she hires her friends to do all the work.

When Brandy inadvertently leaves her diary in the treehouse, she discovers that Mr. Whiskers has read nearly the entirety of her diary, which both embarrasses her and angers her as a diary is only supposed to be read by the author.

When Mr. Whiskers ruins a food drive that Brandy and her friends are trying to hold, he decides that he needs a purpose. When asking for a sign as to what he should do, a comic book hits him and he decides to become a superhero.

Sick and tired of being forced to do her own chores, Brandy decides to fake sick so that she can be spoiled and pampered by all of her friends.

After discovering that the rumors about a tasty fruit were false, Brandy destroys an anthill in frustration. However, when the ants from the anthill come to her house next morning, she finds herself and Whiskers forced to join their army.

A bat has recently moved into the Amazon, though despite Brandy's claims that he's a normal guy, Mr. Whiskers believes that he must be a vampire and he tries to spread the word to keep people safe.

Brandy, Mr. Whiskers and Ed have stumbled across an ancient monkey's paw that is capable of granting any wish that its holder desires, though it tends to corrupt the wish in a fashion that prevents it from working correctly.

Seeing Brandy and Mr. Whiskers eat peanuts, Lola berates the two of them for so carelessly tossing their litter. Brandy isn't affected by her comments, though Mr. Whiskers decides that he needs to do more for the environment.

Brandy has been trying to get her cocoball team into shape, though when Gaspar arrives and he bets Brandy that her team cannot beat his team, she accepts the challenge, but she'll be forced to go onto a date with him if her team loses.

Brandy realizes that it's getting close to Christmas, so in an attempt to try to get back home, she spreads the word of Christmas to the Amazon, as Brandy thinks Santa would have no choice but to come if people are looking forward to it.

Gaspar is holding a beauty pageant, in hopes of ensuring his new girlfriend, Gabriella, wins the top prize. However, when Brandy learns that the winner receives a vacation to Palm Beach, she decides to enter the contest.

Brandy has always been tired of how Mr. Whiskers never cleans up after his messes, though when he makes a mess that causes Brandy to break her Harrington Family Dog Dish, she decides that it's the last straw and she kicks Whiskers out.

When Mr. Whiskers causes Brandy's favorite scarf to be destroyed, he decides that he must do everything he can to get a replica of it so Brandy won't realize, as she threatened to feed him to the lions if something happened to it.

When many creatures of the Amazon discover that their items were stolen, and that all the clues point to Brandy, she convinces them to hold a trial to prove she's innocent, though they find her guilty and she's thrown in jail.

When Mr. Whiskers comes across another dog, Tiffany Turlington, Brandy instantly bonds with her as they're just alike in every fashion, though Mr. Whiskers becomes depressed because he's one of a kind and that he has nobody to bond with.

Brandy doesn't believe in the Easter Bunny, though when Mr. Whiskers keeps her up all night because he's looking forward to the next day, she angrily tells him that there is no Easter Bunny.

After being hurt by comments from Brandy, Mr. Whiskers goes to Ed, when talking, he takes his advice literally and decides to enter a forbidden swamp in hopes of growing a second head.

Brandy is jealous of Mr. Whiskers because he is a better leaf rider than she is.

After Brandy suggests opening a mall to cheer up Mr. Whiskers, he gains a shopping addiction after being given a credit card from Gaspar.

Tired of his slob nature, Brandy shoves Whiskers' old slab of beef down his jumpsuit, only to realize that she put him in danger. After saving him, he says he's going cater to her every whim, which Brandy exploits to relive the good life.

While out on a picnic, Brandy and Mr. Whiskers tumble upon a lost baby, in which Brandy decides it would be for the best if they looked after the child until they could find its parents.

When Mr. Whiskers swallows a meteor and begins to intercept radio transmissions, he instantly becomes the most popular individual in the Amazon, as everyone wants to be around him to hear their favorite style of music play.

After finding a camera, Brandy decides to use it to make a movie to help her get home. Mr. Whiskers gathers all of their friends and they prepare to make the movie, though Brandy's diva personality starts to get on their nerves.

When a self-confidence lacking Mr. Whiskers is given the task of finding an onion for dinner, a group of rodents come out and proclaim him the Great Rooter, since he had managed to pull out the mighty root of power.

After getting into yet another argument, Lola Boa forces Brandy and Mr. Whiskers to go see a relationship counselor so that they can get their problems resolved.

When Mr. Whiskers' brain decides that he's had enough of being ignored by Whiskers, he jumps out of his head and he decides to live his own life in the Amazon Rainforest.
