Bocchi the Rock!

Introverted Bocchi takes up the guitar in hopes of meeting friends, but her social anxiety is not so easily conquered. One day, a chance encounter leads her to join a band.

Nijika proposes that the band save up money for their next gig by doing part-time work at Starry.

Bocchi decides to try to pursue a new vocalist for the band: a classmate named Kita. Little does she know that Kita already has ties to the band.

While Bocchi struggles to write the lyrics to the band's first song, Nijika arranges a special band outing.

Kessoku Band plays their first song, but the barrier to entry for the upcoming concert may prove to be overwhelming.

Bocchi has three tickets left to sell in order to meet her quota for the band. A drunk woman may be her only hope for salvation.

Bocchi invites the rest of the band to her house, but begins to meltdown when thrown into the social chaos of her friends meeting her family.

Kessoku Band's concert take place at the same time as a storm, and barely anybody shows up. After a poor first song, Bocchi is determined to save the band.

Summer passes in the blink of an eye, but the band never reunites. On the last day of summer, they decide to surprise Bocchi with a sightseeing trip.

Bocchi has a tough decision to make after it is announced that student bands may play in the upcoming culture festival. Little does she know that the decision has already been made for her.

On the day of the culture festival, Bocchi goes missing. After finding her, the band prepares for their upcoming concert.

Forming a band and meeting all kinds of people.... that's something Hitori never expected until this moment. As the drumstick counts them into their first song, the four members of Kessoku Band kick off their performance in the school festival.
