Drew, Jo and Roland are hanging out at Zoom Comics reading the latest BeetleBorgs comics when local bullies Van and Trip dare them to go into the old abandoned Hillhurst House. They accept and when Jo bumps into an old pipe organ, a "phasm" named Flabber emerges. As a reward for rescuing him from the organ, he grants them each one wish - and they all wish to become BeetleBorgs.

It's Wolfgang's favorite time of the month, the night of a full moon, and the other house monsters are trying to prevent Wolfgang from getting out. Despite their efforts, he escapes and when he runs into Jara, he bites her and she immediately turns into a she-wolf! In hopes of saving her, Flabber makes a silver dart that will reverse the menacing metamorphosis if they can catch her before it's too late.

Trip and Van learn that everyone knows they were too scared to go into the Hillhurst House, so they have a wrecking crew tear it down. Flabber sees the wreckers and enlists the house monsters to help protect the house. When Jara summons Magnavor jet fighters from the comic book to attack Hillhurst, the kids transform and use their vehicles for the first time to ward off the attack. Now the bad guys know that the kids are the BeetleBorgs.

The kids rush off to warn Flabber that Dr. Buster Zapper is going to the Hillhurst House with his phasm blaster while Jara, Noxic and Typhus summon Terror Bear from the comic book. Fortunately, the kids transform in time to send him back into the comic book. Meanwhile, Dr. Zapper fires a triple charge at Flabber and misses, but the blast awakens the house monsters who scare Dr. Zapper, Van and Trip out of the house.

Flabber is sick, and when Drew, Jo and Roland go to check on him, they discover that his handkerchief is a treasure map. Deciding now to work as a team, Drew, Jo, and Roland, together with the house monsters, manage to locate the treasure chest, only to be disappointed that it only contains slime. When everyone else learns about the treasure things get really crazy.

Wolfgang Smith bursts into Zoom Comics and upsets everyone. The Magnavors lure him back to the tomb where Vexor asks him to help get rid of the BeetleBorgs and the Hillhurst residents. But when they go to the house, they are surprised to see Wolfgang Smith saving the mansion and the BeetleBorgs! The house monsters feel sorry for Wolfgang, who has no other place to go, and tell him he can move into the Hillhurst House if he behaves.

Roland is having trouble performing his magic tricks, so Flabber agrees to lend him a book of magic words. When Roland loses the book, Trip and Van find it and accidentally conjure up a Magnavor who steals the book from them. Roland had made Jo invisible earlier and doesn't know how to restore her. Jo decides to use her haunting appearance to scare the Magnavors, get the book back, send the monsters back to the comics and, finally, to get visible again.

A film crew decides to use the Hillhurst House for a shoot and Flabber is thrilled. When the film director discovers Graxxis (an escapee from an issue of the comic book) in the house, he assumes he's an actor and begins to order him around. Suddenly there are Magnavor Jets flying overhead and the kids are forced to transform and do battle. Later, Drew uses his civilian powers to confiscate the film since the kids are worried that their secret transformations may have been caught on tape.

Vexor pulls a charm from the comic book that will make whoever sees it the slave of the person wearing it. He plans to send it to the BeetleBorgs to make them fight amongst themselves and close the portal to the comic book. Unfortunately, Nano goes to the Hillhurst House, finds the amulet, puts it on and suddenly all the house monsters to want to be her slave. A peeved Vexor sends Lottapus to Charterville to retrieve the amulet and meanwhile, Flabber warns the kids to get the amulet from Nano and destroy it.

Nano's train is destined for destruction, but the BeetleBorgs must first chase GargantuRat who wants to kidnap Heather into the comic book. The BeetleBorgs catch up with the giant rodent and are able to prevent the train from derailing. Last but not least, the superheroes rush back to free their friend Heather.

When Fire Kat is pulled out of the comic by the Magnavors, he is far less ferocious than they hoped, so they decide to give him some lessons. Now a fire-breathing cat monster, the BeetleBorgs must stop him before he causes some serious damage and send him back where he belongs - in the comic books.

When Heather sees a beautiful necklace on evil sorceress Queen Magna in the latest comic, Drew decides to get it for her on her birthday. When he asks Flabber to zap him into the comic book, both of them get sucked into the book and when the kids see what's happened, they jump in to rescue them. Though Drew wasn't able to give Heather the necklace she wanted for her birthday, he gives her a handmade necklace which she declares is her favorite.

Jara, Noxic and Typhus create a beautiful monster named Monsterella to charm the residents of Hillhurst into revealing the comic book mystery. Posing as Hillhurst's new housekeeper, she is snooping around when she gets a message from Vexor to return to the Crypt. What she doesn' t know is that it was just Flabber doing an impression of Vexor. The monster confesses she never wanted to be a spy and says her good-byes before the Magnavors find her.

Jo drinks some "bad" soda and turns into "Mr. Hyde." She overturns tables and destroys the restaurant then bursts into Zoom Comics and causes a disturbance. At Hillhurst, Jo spills some "bad" soda near the Ghoulam statue, and he begins to grow! Flabber creates an antidote for Jo and she joins the BeetleBorgs gang to overpower Ghoulam, give him the antidote and place him back on his pedestal before any harm is done.

After Nano and Aaron tell the kids the legend of the "Hunchback of Hillhurst," they run into a slightly forgetful hunchback named Quincy Modo, former fullback for the local college football team. When Jara, Noxic and Typhus hear about this "monster," they recruit him for their team and begin to terrorize the city. But the BeetleBorgs show up to spoil their fun, Quincy regains his memory and goes back to college - and the Hillhurst gang develops football fever.

Drew and Jo's cousin, Oliver, calls himself the biggest BeetleBorg fan ever and wants to grow up to be one of them. When Oliver wears his BeetleBorg costume out to play, the Magnavors mistake him for a real BeetleBorg and take him hostage. The three real BeetleBorgs appear to rescue Oliver, who returns to Zoom Comics to tell the kids all about how he saved the BeetleBorgs.

As Nano is about to make a deposit at the Charterville Bank, two bank robbers take her money and run. Drew, Jo and Roland track the robbers to the Hillhurst House where Flabber and the house monsters confront the robbers and stage their own trial with the house monsters as the jury and Flabber as the judge, prosecutor and defense attorney. Just as Judge Flabber declares them "guilty as charged," the robbers run - right into the police waiting outside.

Nano meets a famous rock band who is in Charterville to make a record. When Trip suggests they rehearse at Hillhurst, the house monsters give chase and the band takes shelter in the Stone Tunnel. The band later hears the house monsters playing their instruments, realize it's the sound they've been looking for and with Flabber's help they recover their equipment and record a hit album.

The kids go to Comi-Con, the world' s best comic-book convention, but realize Aaron, who has their tickets, is gone! Posing as BeetleBorgs, they finally get in and run into Jara, Noxic and Typhus. The kids head for the BeetleBorgs booth, where comic book creator Art Fortunes is making an appearance, when the terrible trio grabs Fortunes and runs. When the kids transform into BeetleBorgs and defeat the monsters, Fortunes is amazed to see his comic book come to life.

While Drew and Jo are experimenting with his new plant, they realize it can talk! Meanwhile, the Magnavors send the Plant Monster from one of the comic books to Hillhurst in search of it's little sister - Drew's plant. The kids transform into BeetleBorgs and send the shady character back into the comic book. When Drew returns to town to retrieve his pet plant, the gang decides that it is better off back in the comic book and sends it home.

Soon after Dr. Von Frankenbeans arrives at Hillhurst, he begins bossing Flabber and the other house monsters around. While they are thinking about how to get rid of him without upsetting Frankenbeans, they discover that the doctor plans to use all of them in his medical experiments. When he comes face-to-face with Cyber-Serpent, the doctor helps the BeetleBorgs send the monster back to the comics and bids Hillhurst good-bye with no harm done.

The Magnavors attack two aliens who try to communicate with them, thinking they are Earthlings, and when the aliens counterattack, the terrible trio runs scared. Hoping to gather some research on Earthlings, the aliens disguise themselves and go to Hillhurst. When the terrible trio arrives shortly thereafter, the aliens take them and the house monsters hostage. The BeetleBorgs restore peace and the aliens depart, saying that Earthlings are too weird for their study!

Jara, Noxic and Typhus plant an electronic brain device in the attic at Hillhurst. When the kids and house monsters discover it, they find that when you hold it in your hands, the things you fear materialize right before your eyes! Wolfgang sees giant fleas, Jo meets her Aunti May, Fangula runs from his ex-wife, and Mums flees from giant snipping scissors. When Dicehead appears to claim his missing brain, the BeetleBorgs quickly send him back to the comic book.

When Drew, Jo and Roland show up at Hillhurst on Halloween as trick-or-treaters, Frankenbeans is so intrigued with the notion that he sneaks out to explore. Jara, Noxic and Typhus kidnap him and send Flabber a ransom note demanding the BeetleBorgs' Beetle Bonders in exchange for the house monster. The kids find Frankenbeans and return him to Hillhurst - his Halloween adventure having been full of more tricks than treats.

Flabber hosts a special breakfast for everyone at Hillhurst. Fangula, miffed that there is no blood, storms off and bites Van and Trip who turn into vampires! Flabber tells the kids that the only way for them to be cured is to be kissed by a warrior princess who's pure of heart. Deciding that Jo is an ideal candidate, the BeetleBorgs hold down the vampire teens while she kisses them. Voila! Back to being just a couple of bullies.

When Vexor gets away with a piece of Drew's BeetleBorg armor, the BeetleBorgs head to Hillhurst hoping that Flabber can fix it. Using the piece of Blue armor, Vexor creates the Shadow Borg and sends it to Hillhurst to lure the BeetleBorgs into a trap. By using his weapon, the Shadow Claw, the Shadow Borg zaps the BeetleBorg powers from the kids, who realize they are no match against the Shadow Borg now.

With the kids stripped of their BeetleBorg powers, the Shadow Borg and the Magnavors wreak havoc. Drew and Roland turn to BeetleBorg comics creator Art Fortunes for help and he accompanies them to Hillhurst. There he sketches the White Blaster BeetleBorg, a Borg able to retrieve the kids' powers. It is suggested that the brave, young Josh Baldwin be the White Blaster BeetleBorg's civilian counterpart to bring him to life.

When the Shadow Borg triumphs over the White Blaster BeetleBorg, the kids realize that they must combine their forces and retaliate. It is then discovered that during the battle, the white Borg managed to get the Red, Green and Blue Borg powers from the Shadow Borg. There is no time for celebrating, however, as the Magnavors have given Vexor all the comic books from Zoom Comics and is about to unleash the villains to do his evil work.

Vexor's monsters are consumed by jealousy over the Shadow Borg, the key to Vexor's escape from the comics into the real world. While Flabber conducts interviews for the White Borg, the other BeetleBorgs try to keep the Shadow Borg at bay. The Shadow Borg, immune to the BeetleBorgs' new defense mechanism, corners them in a ravine when the White Borg appears. Just then, Vexor mysteriously calls off the Shadow Borg to recharge, or so he says...

The kids and the gang at Hillhurst have fleas! Not only that, they're still "itching" to find a way to get rid of the Shadow Borg. The Borgs manage to steal Vexor's energy axis and use it to transform the Blue Borg into the Blue Mega BeetleBorg. Getting rid of the fleas will be no problem, but will Blue's new power be enough to defeat the Shadow Borg before it's too late?

Vexor throws down the gauntlet and challenges the BeetleBorgs to a fight - Shadow Borg vs. Blue Mega BeetleBorg. But Vexor and his gang are no match for the BeetleBorgs! Vexor gives in, appearing to have been beaten, although in reality he is saving his strength for another day - the battle is far from over.

When the kids are assigned to do group reports on a historical figure, Drew and Roland choose Blackbeard the Pirate. Not only do they choose him for the paper, they want to bring him to school! Flabber conjures him up from the past and he gets lost almost immediately. The terrible trio must be up to their old tricks again! Not to worry though, the BeetleBorgs appear to save the day.

As Christmas Day approaches, Flabber recruits the house monsters to decorate the Hillhurst House for the holidays. When Flabber discovers that Christmas gifts and trees are being stolen all over town by the Magnavors, the BeetleBorgs find them leaving a house with bags full of gifts. The superheroes return the presents to the residents and even give Jara, Noxic and Typhus each a stocking filled with gifts.

Things get pretty hairy when the terrible trio decide to cause a little "pet mischief" in Charterville by kidnapping all the pets in town! It' s up to the BeetleBorgs to get the pets back, return them to their owners and put the terrible trio out of the pet business for good.

When Flabber's old friend, The Phantom of the Opera, shows up needing a place to stay, the stage is set for trouble. The lonely Phantom turns his affections toward Jo and places her under a spell to get her to leave with him. Meanwhile, the unwavering terrible trio is doing its old song and dance again. Will the BeetleBorgs be able to stop Jo and the Magnavors before it's too late?

Dr. Frankenbeans returns to Hillhurst to repair young Frankenbeans' defective brain and turns him into a genius! Unfortunately however, he has lost his heart and soul in the process. Not only that, Vexor has the BeetleBorgs so busy that their alter-egos are falling behind in their schoolwork. But when Frankenbeans gets hit in the head and returns to his old self, he and the gang help the kids study for a big test. The kids make the grade and Vexor is put to rest, again.

Flabber, the house monsters and the kids try to save Mums when he gets "mum-napped" by the same archaeologist who originally found the tomb. Also an artifact that was stolen by the fortune-seekers contains a curse that it is making their lives miserable! The only way they know how to nullify the curse is to return Mums to his tomb. Will the BeetleBorgs be able to reunite Mums with the tomb and the artifact?

Eerie noises are looming over the cemetery, and old man Hillhurst leaves to return to his old home. There's only one glitch...he wants Flabber and the gang out right away! Meanwhile, Roland's mom, Abbie, reluctantly takes a job at Zoom Comics. The BeetleBorgs and the gang save the day by restoring peace in the cemetery, sending old man Hillhurst back to the hills and giving Abbie the magical nudge she needs to take care of the store!

When the house monsters can't agree on which of them is the scariest, Flabber scares up a frightening contest that leaves Jo feeling, well, not quite like herself. Meanwhile, the terrible trio intercepts the comic delivery guy to grab the new issue, and extracts the heinous Hammerhands to smash Hillhurst. The Borgs must free a kidnapped Dudley and send Hammerhands back into the comics before he destroys Hillhurst.

Trip and Van plan to become famous by catching the legendary fish named Charterville Charlie. Vexor pulls a new monster from a unreleased comic book (so the kids won't recognize the creature) and plans to flood Charterville. The kids battle the big fish all the way downstream through town until the Borgs finally cast the kids a safety line and send the crazy fish back to the comics.

Baron Von Frankenbeans pieces together a bride for young Frankenbeans and brings her to life. While the terrible trio scheme to ruin the wedding by sending the Red Crasher, the bride discovers that the Baron has promised his fortune to Frankenbeans as a wedding gift. But of course this big, red beast is no match for the BeetleBorgs. For the finale, Frankenbeans' bride discovers the fortune is far smaller than she expected, so she leaves him standing at the altar.

Flabber is upset that he might lose his roommate Fangula since he's been neglecting his vampire duties. Vlad, the Commissioner of Vampires, is ready to take Fangula back to Transylvania's land of the permanently dead. Flabber convinces the kids to help by pretending to be Fangula's victims, but the ploy fails miserably when Jo loses her fake fangs. After a drawn out confrontation, Vlad declares that since Flabber defended him, he can stay at Hillhurst.

While Mums and Fangula argue over which of them is scarier than the other, Wolfie searches Flabber's book for a spell to switch people' s bodies. When the Magnavors ambush the kids at Hillhurst, Fangula casts his spell which accidentally switches the kids and the Magnavors bodies! Even more disturbing is the fact that the Magnavors discover that they can morph into the BeetleBorgs!

Vexor commands Combat Gnat to spy on Hillhurst when Flabber brings a teletransport machine from an old drawing to life. Flabber transports himself to Zoom Comics and shortly thereafter realizes he's morphing into a strange creature. When he remembers that there was a blue bug in the machine with him, he and the kids surmise that his molecular structure merged with Combat Gnat's! The kids decide that the only solution is to send this unpredictable being into the comics, which magically reverses the damage - Flabber is back!

The Magnavors make one too many mistakes and an infuriated Vexor fires all of them. While spying on Hillhurst, Vexor sees the hungry house monsters chasing the kids and decides they'd make great Magnavors. He summons Hypnomaniac to hypnotize the house monsters and capture Flabber. When they learn of Vexor's vile plan, the kids transform to send Hypnomaniac back to the comics and the humbled terrible trio return to Vexor.

A series of mysterious happenings at Hillhurst turn the house monsters into a bunch of superstitious ghouls. They lock the doors of Hillhurst and hide, but the kids manage to get in and chase the monsters for a change! The kids, who suspect the Magnavors are behind the hauntings, are suddenly surprised by the appearance of Evil Eye, a one-eyed comic monster. The BeetleBorgs take charge, send Evil Eye home and find the mischievous Magnavors in the attic.

Jara, Noxic, and Typhus leave an unusual baby on the Hillhurst doorstep. When Mums discovers him, suddenly the entire household is talking like babies. The kids take the baby away, thinking that Nano would be able to take better care of him, which leaves everyone suffering from separation anxiety. Wolfgang soon takes the baby back to Hillhurst where he transforms into Rocket Man. The Borgs battle the beastly baby until he dissolves in a burst of energy.

A new nerd in Jo's class named Norman claims to be from a family of vampire hunters, and says he must get rid of Fangula. When the skeptical kids mention Norman's name to Fangula, they realize Norman was telling the truth. Norman storms Hillhurst and just as he is about to drive a stake through Fangula's heart, a burly beast stops him and makes a deal to let Norman live if Norman lets Fangula live. The deal is struck, and the "beast" morphs back into Flabber.

Flabber is determined to turn his hideous housemates into healthy hard-bodies. Enter Super-Noxic, Noxic's little brother, who arrives at Hillhurst under the guise of "Hurt-ulese," a pumped up personal trainer. Flabber and the kids discover his true identity through the comics and Drew transforms into the Blue Mega Borg to zap him back. Back at Hillhurst, the kids find the house monsters still strapped to fitness equipment and are able to muscle them out.

The author of "Fright Files" thinks that Hillhurst would be a great inspiration for his work and moves in. Meanwhile, Vexor's new power-phaser makes Typhus more powerful and they set off to confront the BeetleBorgs. Drew keeps the author's possessions afloat so he can't settle in at Hillhurst. The author is then accidentally hit with the phaser and he scares the monsters and Flabber so badly that he moves out, claiming Hillhurst isn't that scary after all.

Wolfgang's recurring daydream of causing a mutiny becomes reality when Wolfie accidentally returns Flabber to the pipe organ where he gets stuck. Vexor and the Magnavors burglarize Art FortunesÂ' studio and take comics featuring Nukus, a very intelligent creature. They command all the monsters to attack Charterville simultaneously, knowing all the monsters will mold into one giant monster Â- Borgslayer Â- who defeats the BeetleBorgs!

The BeetleBorgs take a beating from Borgslayer and finally escape to Hillhurst where they must rescue Flabber from the organ and Art from the monsters. Things look bleak for the BeetleBorgs until Nukus tells Trip and Van the secret to defeating Borgslayer - joining fire forces. When the BeetleBorgs try this trick, Borgslayer, Vexor and the terrible trio are sucked into a giant fire vortex. The kids, however, are unaware of Nukus who is anticipating his next move...
