Food Network Star winner Christian Petroni joins forces with Chef Carla Hall to take down Bobby Flay, and they brings two dynamic chefs who have mastered the food of his motherland, Italy. Chefs Daniele Uditi and Chris Thompson are both ready to hear the judges say, "That's amore!," when they beat Bobby.

Chopped's Ted Allen and TV host Jeannie Mai are keeping it real with Bobby Flay, and they want a win. They stack the deck with two authentic Italian cuisine experts, chefs Ryan DePersio and Giuseppe Fanelli, who hope Bobby will be begging for Mamma Mia after they win.
