Burger Run: When the local Burger Joint is being threatened by a rogue Bakugan, Dan steps up to save the day and the burgers!/Monkey See, Monkey Don't: The AO stop neighborhood kids from copycat behavior (namely, using their Bakugan for frivolous reasons).

Bully for You: The AO must handle a neighborhood bully who is using his Bakugan to pick on the local kids./Trolling for Laughs: Wynton's constant practical jokes wear thin on his Bakugan Trox so the Bakugan decide to teach him a lesson.

Local Heroes: After the AO cause accidental destruction Dan's parents question whether the kids should be allowed to keep their Bakugan./Pegatrix: Lia disagrees with her new Bakugan Pegatrix on battle techniques but during a fierce fight Lia must rely on Pegatrix's battle savy.

Frenemies: Two new Bakugan Brawlers, Shun and Magnus, try out for the AO./Strata's Fear: The AO solve the mystery of a kid's missing Bakugan and meet a Bakugan Hunter named Strata.

Dog Daze: Lightning discovers a new Bakugan, Artulean, leading to an unhealthy rivalry with Howlkor./In Focus: While Lia's newswoman mom does an expose on the AO Strata the Hunter tries to capture Hydorous.

The Exit: The AO compete with a rival Brawling team for ViewTube hits leading to a "winner take all" brawl./The Lost and the Cost: Everett Ray, a promotor, tries to get the AO to join an official league for Bakugan Battling.

Mr. Moon: Wynton finds a new Bakugan who proves difficult to control but things get more complicated when Col. Tripp seizes control of Trox./What's Wrong with Dan: With "Dan" behaving strangely toward the AO Lightning sniffs out the truth- an impostor!

Rubbed the Wrong Way: After a Bakugan field errupts the town kids stampede to get their own Bakugan but when the field is contaminated Lia must save the day./Babysitting Bedlam: Dan and Wynton meet a strange boy who leads them into an underground maze where they discover the boy's Bakugan has been enslaved.

Mask of Power: Philomena Dusk from AAAnimus Corp. hires Magnus and gives him a control implant to bolster the power of his Bakugan to defeat Dan./Story Holes: A cryptic call leads the AO in search of a missing Bakugan but they soon realize the call was actually a test from a mysterious benefactor.

Home on the Run: We are introduced to Shun's mysterious backstory, his relationship with his industrialist father and desire for a closer knit family./Top Slot: Dan and Shun butt heads on how best to make the AO a real team amidst growing threats including the mysterious Shargo Ronin.

Midsummer Nightmare: Drago and the other AO Bakugan face an unseen threat with earth shattering power only to be left wondering if it was all a dream./Father's and Fiends: Osamu Kazami comes to take his son Shun back home and finds a defiance he hadn't counted on.

Dawn Before Dusk, Part 1: The AO meet Benton Dusk discovering that their quiet little corner of the world is about to become much, much larger./Dawn Before Dusk, Part 2: Benton Dusk reveals that the AO have been indentified as persons of interest by powerful corporations including Philomena Dusk's AAAnimus.

Stratified: The AO embark on a mission into the mysterious labyrinth world of Vestroia to find Strata the Hunter and free the Bakugan he has imprisoned./Maze Daze: Lost in the maze of Vestroia the AO encounter powerful forces that seem to be struggling for control over the alien landscape.

All Jungled Up: Still lost in Vestroia the AO experience mind altering effects of the nearby Core Cell and come face to face with the Bakuzon monster Tiko./Outer Demons: The AO find the doorway out of Vestroia only to learn they have entered a mirror world of their own imagining created by the Core Cell.

Matter of Mind: Drago leads the Bakugan against the threat of Tiko to protect a powerful energy source called the Core Cell./Core Cell: The AO defend the Core Cell from an attack by Tiko and in a last ditch effort to save it Dan manages to evolve Drago into his L2 form.

Subterranean Homesick Blues: The AO return home to learn that no time has passed but they soon discover their knowledge of brawling has gotten years more advanced./Honey Struck: After Strata is sent packing the AO discover that they have picked up a hitchhiker a Panda-like Bakugan who is nothing but sticky trouble.

Framing Device: When confronted by China Riot Lia learns to evolve Pegatrix after realizing the true meaning behind her filming obsession./Bad Actors: Dan tries to lie about evolving Drago and gets exposed while the team face off against Duran Dane and his unhappy Bakugan Nillious.

Tripped Up: Dan and Wynton stumble on both a possible hidden location of the Mind Core Cell and Colonel Tripp who wants the energy source for himself./Power Tripp: After a falling out with Dan, Wynton is mind-controlled by Tripp who stages an attack to ignite a war between Brawlers and the Military.

A Real Steal: Dan embarks on a solo adventure to outdo Magnus's new team of Bakugan Brawlers and winds up having to be saved by them instead./Lightning Unleashed: Lightning uncovers the Mind Core Cell buried beneath the Earth and battles Stata the Hunter in an effort to protect its secret.

The Throw Down: Lightning reveals his discovery of the Mind Core Cell but the AO arrive only to discover that Magnus has already beaten them to it./Brawl for It All: With both team's Bakugan knocked into a hibernation state by the Mind Core Cell only Dan and Magnus remain locked in a brawl for it all!

Career Opportunities: After defeating Magnus the AO get an offer of employment from a surprising source Philomena Dusk!/Punch the Clock: During a commercial to celebrate their joining the AAAnimus team Dan and the AO rebel before they sellout.

High Flying Hostiles: While escorting the Mind Core Cell to AAAnimus Campus, the AO are attacked by Masato Kazami and his Body Guards./Backfire Brawl: Philomena's attempt to refocus the Mind Core Cell's power backfires and the AO must fight their fellow employees inside the AAAnimus Campus.

Hostile Take Over: After more unsuccessful attempts to harness Core Cell energy the AO must battle their own Bakugan with AAAnimus tech in order to save them./The Big Bounce: The AO confront Philomena with concerns about her control over the Core Cell energy and are fired in the most unceremonious of manners.

Awesome V Aaanimus, Part 1: The AO plan on sneaking into AAAnimus and rescuing their Bakugan but are stopped by Benton who offers up an alternate plan./Awesome V Aaanimus, Part 2: The AO team up with Benton Dusk to recapture their stolen Bakugan and free the energy from the Mind Core Cell under the control of AAAnimus.

The Forbidden Isle: The AO travel to a remote island in search of a Core Cell, but instead they find the Bakugan known as Kelion, which soon bonds with Dan./New World Orders: The AO discover a small group of kids and Bakugan being used as laborers against their will, but freeing them is only half the problem.

In My Room: When the AO report that they've been fighting the wrong fight, they discover that Benton has been corrupted by the villainous Tiko./An Army of Their Own: The AO are forced to turn to Philomena Dusk for help, only to realize that they have led Benton/Tiko right to the AAAnimus Campus.

Girl Power: When Lia battles with China Riot, they eventually come to an understanding as China finally realizes she's been set up by Benton/Tiko./Return to the Fold: On the run and with options dwindling, the AO turn to Shun's father, Ichiro Kazami, for help.

Kazami Family Feud: Masato attacks, but the AO soon realize that Ichiro is keeping a Golden Bakugan captive, forcing them to choose between the lesser of two evils!/Greatest of the Kazami: Shun makes an impassioned plea to Ichiro, but it is too late as the Kazami compound is overrun by Bakuzon and the Visvus Cell is lost.

Our Ugly Selves: Abandoned in the Vestroia Labyrinth, the AO must deal with their personal losses and, worse, the Bakuzoned Awful Ones!/Trhyno Lives!: When the AO and Magnus form an alliance to free the Golden Bakugan, their differences lead to a horrible sacrifice for Dan and Lia.

The Healing Challenge: As the AO struggle to hold together, a discovery is made involving the Golden Bakugan, a Golden Drome, and curing of a Bakuzoned Gorthion./The Golden Drome: While Dan and Drago enter the Golden Drome to heal Trhyno, the rest of the AO defend the Golden Drome from a militia of human hunters.
