Third year high school student Araragi Koyomi meets an strange girl who appeors to be weightless. He tries to help her.

With Oshino's instructions, Hitagi and Koyomi head to Hitagi's place to purify themselves.

While Hitagi and Koyomi are talking in an empty park, they meet a girl who is apparently lost.

Hitagi and Koyomi decide to help the lost girl. However, it seems that their efforts are futile.

Koyomi and Mayoi have to wait for Hitagi's Return in the park.

Everything seems normal again. Koyomi is heading for Hitagi's place to study, but it seems somebody is following him.

Suruga explains her unusual condition to Koyomi.

After consulting with Oshino, Koyomi and Suraga have two choices, cut Suruga's left arm, or let the monkey's paw kill Koyomi.

Oshino wants Koyomi to place a seal for him at an abandoned shrine. Koyomi takes Suruga with him to do the job, but they encounter another strange phenomenon there.

Nadeko's life is in danger. If they don't cure her tonight the way Oshino has instructed them, it might mean the end.

Koyomi and Tsubasa Hanekawa are talking normally, but Koyomi realizes that she is having headaches recently that may imply she might be having an unusual condition again.

Koyomi is really happy because Hitagi has suggested they can go on their first date tonight, But the date does not seem to be what Koyomi was expecting.

Koyomi receives a text from Hanekawa telling him to meet her soon, then She tells Koyomi about her ongoing problem.

Oshino tells Koyomi that it is stress again that caused Hanekawa's aberration. In order to help her, Koyomi must ask Shinobu to help him, but she is nowhere to be seen.

Part 5 of 5. The night of June 15th. Finding why this incident happened to Tsubasa, Koyomi gets a great shock.
