Two women, a doctor and the head nurse of a hospital, are abducted. One is found dead. Victor is sent in undercover to find out more.

The manager of the hospital strives to hinder the police investigation, but Ginés Castillo, the warden, talks to agents and tries to convince them that Catherine tried to commit suicide. Enrique will continue trying to find out who was his wife's lover.

The investigative team finds Sara, near death, at a cement factory. Victor chases a suspect at the site but loses him. Evidence is lost during a fake fire alarm at the hospital.

When Victor is attacked by the killer, the team is able to diagnose the substance used to drug all the other victims as well. Victor's phone goes missing with dire results.

A doctor at the hospital may have discovered Victor's true identity. The remains of a knee replacement are found in the crematorium.

Victor and Vidal want to ensure the arrest of the killer, but it leads to a grave mistake. The porter, from his jail cell, implicates a prime suspect.
