A guy sneaks a bomb onto a freight train to avoid a couple thousand dollars and that train turns into a runaway train that loses its breaks and is headed for Denver, Colorado. John Seger, an NTSB agent, gets on board the train trying different ways to stop it. Meanwhile Denver is in chaos as people are breaking into stores, stealing TVs and heading to Kansas.
