There is a new evil in the galaxy, annouced by a mystery signal, and it has a connection to Corso (or Bruce Strange as he is called on planet missions). The signal has a connection to Penelope and the evil monster invasion. Can Corso, along with mad scientist Hugo defeat Penelope, the monster, and creepy president of Hollywood?

On route to find the mysterious signal of Queen Andromeda, Corso runs into combat with his old foe, Blackar.

Corso fends off the evil warbird and its Z gun.
