When the chipmunks find a stray dog, the boys do everything they can do hide it from Dave so they can keep it; Theodore buys an egg online in hopes it will hatch into a dragon, but Alvin and Simon do not believe his wish will come true.

When Alvin attempts to help the Mathletes stand up to bullies, they take their newfound confidence too far. After witnessing what appears to be a wallet theft commited by Alvin's new friend, a foreign student named Emil, Simon and Theodore decide to investigate in hopes of finding answers - and, perhaps, justice.

Alvin and Simon compete to determine who is a better magician. In order to pay off a fine, Alvin takes a job as a music teacher.

After watching a horror film involving hot wax, the boys fear Dave has been caught up in a similar story.

After Brittany overhears Alvin standing up for her, she begins to behave in a peculiar manner that leads Alvin to believe that she has been possessed by a body-snatcher. To land Simon a position on the school newspaper, Alvin and Theodore search for a groundbreaking story, discovering some interesting things about their teacher in the process.

Alvin goes to drastic measures to impress a girl he sees babysitting at the park. Alvin takes on numerous favors in order to do something special for Dave.

In Munk Man, Simon enters a superhero contest. The only thing that is a potential threat to him, lives with him. In Ride Along, Alvin's bicycle is stolen as is an officer's. Together they team up to catch the thief bringing hoots of laughter until the very end.

Alvin begs Dave to spend a weekend alone with him. Dave agrees and gets sucked into a series of adventures; a professional hypnotist accidentally hypnotizes Simon a few days before the Bellview Ultimate Trivia Tournament (the B.U.T.T.).

Alvin gets a device that let's him listen in on everyone's conversations. When the kids' Halloween candy disappears, they're sure the culprit is "Switch Witch." Spooky adventure ensues as they try to track down their candy.

Alvin accidentally clones himself/A small lie turns into a giant one that everyone knows about

Brittany gets a Suck Toad stuck to her face/The Chipmunks think that Kevin has a crush on one of the Chipettes. The girls annoy him to get him to stop liking them

Simon accidentally sends a rude email to one of his teachers/Simon makes Theodore a No-Buddy to get him to stop saying yes to everything

Theodore accidentally gives a special music box to the principal of their school/Theodore's been mistakenly mailed off in a box. Alvin and Simon have to get him back.

Miss Smith quits her job and Alvin tries to get her back/The Chipettes post a video of a very scared Simon and Alvin on the internet

The Chipettes try to show the boys that girls can be superheroes too/Alvin is held back a year in school and tries to get Simon and Theodore to join him

Kevin fears his birthday party will be lame so Alvin decides to host a paintball party in his house. After learning about Bocarter's New Computer, The chipmunks decide to build a bigger and better one in order to beat him at his own game.

When a new boy band, "The Hipmunks, " tries to steal the spotlight, the Chipmunks are forced to compete in a battle of the bands. The Principal gives Alvin & Derek an ultimatum - if they fight, the school dance will be canceled.

When Brittany is hurt before a major school event, Jeanette fills in as the Principal's assistant. When Bocarter's father helps him with his class project, Alvin enlists Dave's help, locking the families in a heated competion.

After learning about The Knights of the Round Table, Theodore hopes to be a knight and comically struggles to do "good deeds." Alvin and Simon create a fake snake to help Dave get over his fear of snakes.

After Brittany and the girls release a video that goes viral, Alvin, Simon, and Theodore try to top it. Simon falls ill and asks Alvin and Theodore not to go see a new movie without him, but Alvin just can't resist.

Alvin borrows Simon's invisibility suit, but gets trapped when the zipper gets stuck; after Theodore makes a wish, the Chipmunks try to learn what it was, so they can make it come true.

Jeanette decides to plant a garden on the school grounds, but Bocarter manages to install vending machines instead. When Alvin finds a treasure map in Miss Croner's basement, the Chipmunks set off in search of lost treasure.

The chipmunks help an owner fix up his run-down summer camp and his broken relationship with his brother; Alvin believes that Theodore cursed him so that he can never lie again and cannot help himself from blabbing the truth.

Alvin and Brittany give wildly differing versions of why the fire alarm went off at the school to Miss Smith. Convinced a zombie invasion is imminent, Alvin and Theodore go all out in an attempt to protect their loved ones.

Body switching shenanigans ensue when Alvin and Jeanette are zapped with Simon's teleportation device./ When Theodore notices Cheesy is upset about not having a valentine, He pretends to be a girl on an online dating site to cheer him up.

Alvin and Brittany are convinced Simon has vanished back in time and go all out in an attempt to bring him back. A prank call by Alvin gets out of hand when the person on the other end of the line vows to track him down.
