Princess Asseylum wants to see Earth for the first time and plans a goodwill visit. However, Count Cruhteo doesn't seem to be sharing the same feelings about Earth. Does this mean that there will not be peace between Earth and Mars?

Martian forces have commenced their attack on the Earth. The Earth's forces stand united, ready to defend against the attack as cities quickly turn into war zones. Inaho and his classmates must struggle to survive as they find themselves being thrown into danger.

The Earth Forces are in full retreat after the devastating attack from the Martian Kataphrakts. Inaho and his friends are hunkered down in a local school, preparing a counter attack.

The Martians bombard the Earth with meteor attacks. Inaho and friends continue to travel with a Terran military squad when they are attacked by another Martian Kataphrakt.

The Emperor of Mars calls for a cease fire. Inaho and friends take the moment to rest aboard an Earth Navy Ship. Slaine tries to find a way to reveal the conspiracy of the Martian Forces true intentions.

The Emperor of Mars broadcasts an official declaration of war against Earth. Inaho and his friends are drafted into the military and Slaine is on the run.

Lord Saazbaum decides to hold back on chasing Slaine, and instead tracks as he flees to Earth. Meanwhile Inaho and friends have arrived at Tanegashima, a mysterious location.

Princess Asseylum reveals herself to the Earth forces and Slaine remembers the time he spent with the Princess whilst being tortured by Count Cruhteo.

Slaine wakes up in the Landing Castle of Count Saazbaum and learns the true intentions of the Count. Rayet and Lt. Marito must deal with with their individual memories of those they have lost to the Martians.

The Deucalion has crashed after the Aldnoah drive stops working and the crew scrambles to find Princess Asseylum. Slaine learns the history of Mars and is given an ultimatum by Count Saazbaum.

Princess Asseylum activates the Deucalion's Aldnoah drive and commands the Orbital Knights to the halt the war. Nevertheless, they pay her pleas no heed, striving to proceed anyway and silence her for good. Slaine endeavors to rescue her.

The Deucalion has crashed on Count Saazbaum's landing castle, but the mission continues. Inaho faces off Saazbaum while the others work on smuggling Princess Asseylum aboard the castle to deactivate its Aldnoah drive.
