Tommie arrives to LA, the home of popular music, to explore how this city of illusions and preconception, has a deep rooted electronic dance music scene. He meets with 12th Planet, Dirty South, and the Gaslamp Killer - all artists who hail from far reaching neighborhoods in the city, and maintain vastly different musical sounds. But what he discovers is the commonality is the city gives the artists full freedom to explore their artistic boundaries and fulfill their creative appetites.
