School teacher, Laura Tyler, sends a letter to the Governor and requests help to protect the homesteaders who are being menaced and forced from their land. Wild Bill and Jingles are sent to help.

Strange smoke signals are seen rising from nearby hills. Bill and his sidekick decide to investigate. Bill thinks it could be linked to a recent stagecoach robbery. An empty stagecoach rides into town; Bill finds the body of a guard on board and all the silver missing. Hickok arranges for an extra-large ingot of silver to be cast and sent out on the coach. As the coach leaves Bill notices one of the locals, Sandy Smith, riding out in a hurry. Hickok investigates and discovers that he is the source of the smoke signals. The outlaws seem to be aware of the extra0large ...

Wild Bill poses as an outlaw in order to lure bandits back over the border.

Wild Bill and Jingles are on vacation as they pass through Circle City. They find masked riders forcing people out of town.

After the mayor is murdered Miss Hepsibah herself appointed as the new mayor. She plans to clean up the town and run out all of the bad elements.

An old man is murdered outside the Marshall's office trying to deliver a message to Hickok from Don Alvarez. When they travel across the border they find Alvarez murdered as well. Hickok and Jingles stage heir deaths to catch the killers.

Bart York has returned to town after spending 5 years in prison for a bank robbery that he claims he didn't commit. Someone in town will do anything to get rid of him.

Wild Bill suspects a respected man to be responsible for masterminding attempts to rob Wells Fargo and committing a couple of murders. Jingles is a potential witness. After an attempt on his life Jingles poses as Miss Lucy until the trial.

The school fund has been stolen and the teacher has threatened to quit if the money isn't returned. It's up to Bill and Jingles to catch the robbers, return the money, and help the teacher get her school built.

A dishonest assayer tries to convince an elderly protector that his claim is worthless so he can take over the valuable mine. It's up to Wild Bill and Jingles to get to the truth.
