Two brothers (and an aunt) share interests in a film company. The two rich playboy brothers are coming up with a script, but their writer stiffs them and disappears on them. By coincidence they get their clutches on another script in the last minute and submit it as something it is not. At least, someone obtained a job out of all this. No more torturous dates at least.

It is production time and the script writer has been hired as a production assistant. She has to deal with unreasonable demands and an arrogant actress. The company president's aunt is still setting her up and the woman keeps blabbering. She has even found her way into the man's apartment.

The script submitted under false pretenses is back where it belongs, but unfortunately this may lead to the company's bankruptcy. The manager brother is thinking of asking Yuki out after being enchanted by her looks on the set. There are apologies being delivered first however.

It is the reception for the production company's latest film and there are lists to go through, arrangements to be made, invitees to attract and - Yuki does not have a dress that is suitable to wear. One if procured for her and wearing it she begins to attract all types of gazes including a man's with a very nice room just six floors up.

It is Yuki's birthday and the president is conducting research on what to buy. A last minute cancellation means a new actor is needed and quickly. Yuki springs into action and goes to meet a company's president. The aunt-owner of the company is tightening the screws on her nephew.

In the aftermath of a rivalry over a woman one brother has come out on top while the other has turned out to be the loser. The loser throws in the towel and accedes to his aunt's wish to marry another woman. Yuki is looking for a review and approval of her script not knowing that her new boyfriend is already on it.

The script is done and submitted. The studio likes it and an actor has expressed interest in appearing in the movie. The script writer Yuki wants to make changes and they allow her boyfriend, who is the manager, help her with it. Unfortunately, the actor likes the older version better. In the meantime, the president is working harder than ever.

With a new business-minded president in charge the film studio is not willing to proceed with the movie's funding. The team has to find a sponsor to make up for the lack of funding. The chairman of the potential sponsoring company is a film enthusiast, which bodes well. However, a few problems begin to quickly pop up.

The film scripted by Yuki is now being produced and Kawagoe is promoted to be its co-producer. The bride and groom-to-be meet with the family formally and Yuki comes to understand how instrumental the president has been in making the funding a reality. A chance meeting leads to an injury, but it is also serendipity.

It is wedding time and Reiko and Susumu's big day. Unfortunaetly, Reiko is an even nicer woman than we have known. Her heart of gold is on full display and yet causes both shame and embarrassment. She subsequently meets with Yuki to ask questions and apologize. The script is needed badly and the deadline is at hand.

Yuki has tendered her resignation and is absent. She cannot be reached on her mobile telephone any longer. Reiko makes a trip to Aomori. The lawyer has footage on a USB key. A connection to Yuki is her old room-mate. Yuki is still needed for her professional services.
